Catherine Taylor has worked for over two decades in the Creative Design & Technology sector, twelve years as an Augmented Reality innovator, and three years as a Web Coding Applications Engineer at the BBC. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design, HND in Creative Media Production and Diploma from Chelsea College of Art & Design.
At the core of her career, Catherine merges the physical and digital worlds through Augmented Reality. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to storytelling, Catherine’s work has redefined traditional print media, transforming static materials into interactive experiences.
Her expertise in AR projects has allowed her to collaborate with businesses and international organisations across diverse industries, delivering innovative solutions that leave a lasting impression. As an advocate for the intersection of art, design, and technology, Catherine’s dedication to creating immersive, interactive experiences is a testament to her decades-long research and work.
With the ever-changing landscape of digital technology, she has embraced innovation through Augmented Reality (AR) and AI. Her expertise lies in creating immersive web experiences for product visualisation and captivating print/digital hybrid works.
She has successfully published two AR Interactive Books, designed hundreds of AR Greeting Cards, Art and T-shirt designs for https://wizhez.co.uk, and is currently developing an AR interactive Board Game and an online Multi-Vendor Art & Design e-commerce site. This platform is enhanced with 3D Web AR, providing an immersive visual experience for products.
With extensive research and writing on the creative applications of technology, she is passionate about merging new technologies with art and design. Her expertise extends to collaborating with both international organisations and small businesses to help them innovate and embrace new technology.
